How to use PRO2GO Kiosks

CREDIT CARD Transactions Only

Please follow the instructions below:


Exchange


If you have an empty cylinder that you wish to exchange for a full one please follow these instructions:

  1. Select French language if needed. (Default – English)
  2. Swipe your VISA or MASTERCARD.
  3. Select exchange.
  4. A verification screen will appear, to confirm your choice.
  5. After verifying the exchange, an establishing connection screen will appear.
  6. Once the payment has been authorized, a screen will appear showing the confirmation.
  7. Make sure the valve is closed securely on your cylinder.
  8. Ensure that there is nothing connected to your cylinder such as a supplemental valve, regulator or gauge
  9. You will hear an audio message.
  10. A door with an empty bay will open. Place your empty cylinder inside
  11. Once you close the door, verification will occur and the next door in sequence from top to bottom will open with a full refurbished cylinder inside.
  12. Please take the cylinder out and close the door tightly.
  13. You have completed the cylinder exchange transaction.

Purchase


Please be advised that cylinders are refurbished and not new.

  1. Select French language if needed. (Default – English)
  2. Swipe your VISA or MASTERCARD.
  3. Select purchase.

  8. Please take the cylinder out and close the door tightly.

  3. Insert VISA, MASTERCARD or INTERAC card and wait for the amber light to come on.
  4. If card is not read properly ‘Payment not Accepted’ will show on the screen, please insert card again.
  5. If card is read properly you will be prompted to the next screen.
    1. For INTERAC, if card is read properly, you will be prompted to choose your account (CHQ or SAV) and to provide your pin. Upon completion, press OK.
  6. Upon authorization, payment will be confirmed.
  7. Make sure the valve is closed securely on your cylinder.
  8. Ensure that there is nothing connected to your cylinder such as a supplemental valve, regulator or gauge
  9. You will hear an audio message.
